喀斯特淡水舟形藻分离和培养研究

             

摘要

采集贵阳市南明河的硅藻进行分离提纯,对提纯的舟形藻(Navieula)用5种浓度梯度的天然土壤浸出液进行培养30 d.结果表明,培养舟形藻的最佳浓度0.5 mg/ml.在最佳浓度中培养60d,舟形藻数目呈低-高-低的周期性生长.该研究为喀斯特地区河流硅藻的研究提供一定的依据.%Diatoms collected from Nanming River in Guiyang were separated and purified, the extracted Navicula were cultured in 5 different concentrations of natural soil leaching liquid for 30 days. As indicated by the results, the optimum concentration for Navicula culture was 0.5 mg/ml, the number of Navicula showed a low-high-low-high cyclinal growth when cultured in the qptimum concentration of soil leaching liquid for 60 days. The result could provide some basis for the research of river diatom in karst areas.
