对藏中矿区影响"农牧民-矿企-政府"系统协调发展的6个指标进行驱动力分析,结果表明,收入差距、人力资本投资、农牧业劳动生产率和雇员占当地总人数比率是积极推动因素,政府职能转变状况为一般驱动因素,生态恶化程度为弱驱动因素.提出了促进政府转型、重视生态环境保护、建立现代企业制度、加大职业教育力度等政策建议.%On the driving force analysis of six indexes which influenced the coordinately developed system "Farmers and Herdsmen-Mining Enterprises-Government" in the mining field in Tibet, the result showed that they were positive driving factors which included income gap, human capital investment, agricultural and husbandry productivity and the rate of local employees of the total number. The situation of government functions' transformation became general factor. The degree of ecological deterioration was weak driving factor. And the authors put forward these policy proposals such as promoting governmental transformation, laying stress on protection of ecological environment, setting up modern enterprise system, strengthening professional education and so on.
