[ Objective ] To determine contents of metallic elements in wild Indigofera fortunei Craib from Mengzi of Yunnan Province, so as to provide a scientific basis for its further development and utilization. [ Method] Contents of 6 metal elements including Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb and Cr in Indigofera fortunei Craib were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. [ Result ] Wild Indigofera fortunei Craib from Mengzi of Yunnan Province was rich in Ca, Zn, Cu and Fe.4 metallic elements decreased according to content in the following order, Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu.Harmful metallic elements Pb and Cr were not detected in tested samples. [ Conclusion ] Wild Indigofera fortunei Craib was rich in metallic elements.%[目的]测定云南蒙自野生歼蚕豆根中金属元素的含量,以期为进一步开发利用野生野蚕豆根资源提供科学依据.[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定野蚕豆根中Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb和Cr 6种金属元素的含量.[结果]云南野生野蚕豆根中含有丰富的金属元素Ca、Zn、Cu和Fe,且含量分布为Ca>Fe>Zn>Cu;未检出有害元素Pb和Cr.[结论]云南蒙自野生野蚕豆根中含有丰富的金属元素.
