棉花抗黄萎病分子育种的现状、问题与展望

黄萎病是棉花生产上的重要病害,极大地影响了棉花的生产.概述了棉花黄萎病病菌的分类及其致病机理,棉花黄萎病抗性的QTL定位及分子育种进展,探讨了黄萎病抗性育种存在的问题和发展方向,为今后棉花黄萎病育种研究提供参考.%Verticillium wilt is an important disease in cotton production, which seriously affects the production of cotton. The classification and pathogenesis of Verticillium dahliae Kleb. , achievements in QTL mapping and molecular breeding were reviewed in the paper. Meanwhile, the current problems and future direction of resistance breeding against V. dahliae were discussed so as to provide reference information for further research on resistance breeding against the pathogen.
