DGGE技术在废水生物脱氮系统中的应用研究进展

摘要

介绍了变性梯度凝胶电泳(Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis,简称DGGE)技术的基本原理及特点,结合近几年国内外的最新研究成果,总结了了脱氮微生物种群的研究进展以及DGGE技术在废水生物脱氮系统中的应用,并对DGGE技术与其他分子技术的联用提出了展望.%The basic theory and characteristics of DGGE were introduced. Considering recent newest study result in China and abroad, the study advances of microbial populations in nitrogen removal and application of DGGE in wastewater biological nitrogen removal system were summarized. At last, the combination of DGGE and other molecular techniques were discussed.
