[目的]研究不同FSH剂量、季节和重复超排等因素对供体羊超排效果的影响,为扬州地区进一步做好山羊胚胎移植和胚胎生物工程研究提供必要的数据.[方法]设计不同FSH剂量(240IU和300IU)、季节(10~12月份和4~6月份)、重复超排(第1次和第2次),鉴定超排效果.[结果]FSH 240 IU和300 IU组的平均排卵点和可用胚数分别为10.12个、8.82枚和15.55个、13.15枚,2组间平均排卵点和可用胚数差异显著(P<0.05);在4~6月份和10~12月份的平均排卵点和可用胚数分别为9.05个、7.05枚和15.55个、13.15枚,2组间平均排卵点和可用胚数差异显著(P<0.05);供体使用1次和2次的超排效果差异不显著(P>0.05).[结论]FSH剂量、季节因素对超排效果影响显著,供体重复使用对超排效果影响不显著.%[Objective] To explore the effects of FSH (Follicle-stimulating hormone) , seasons and treatment frequency on super-ovulation in donor goats and to provide necessary data for research about embryo transfer and embryo biotechnology in Yangzhou region. [ Method ] Two FSH dosages (240 and 300 IU), two seasons ( April-June and October-December), and two treatment frequencies (one or two times) were used to induce super-ovulation in goats. [ Result ] Both ovulation rate and number of embryos were significantly different between the goats given 240 IU FSH and those given 300 IU FSH (ovulation rate, 10.12 vs 15.55; number of embryos, 8.82 vs 13. 15) at the 0.05 level. Both ovulation rate and number of embryos were also significantly different between April-June and October-December (ovulation rate, 9.05 vs 15.55; number of embryos, 7.05 vs 13. 15) at the 0.05 level. Super-ovulation effect was not significantly different between the two treatment frequencies. [Conclusion] The FSH dosages and seasons have significant impact on super-ovulation, but repeat super-ovulation does not have the same impact:
