微生物菌剂对生猪养殖垫料发酵效果的影响

摘要

[目的]为了加快生猪养殖垫料的腐熟.[方法]在堆肥过程中加入微生物菌剂,研究微生物菌剂对生猪养殖垫料发酵效果的影响.[结果]添加0.5%菌剂和2%鸡粪处理堆肥中的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的总降解率分别比对照提高了15.4%、10.4%和4.9%.[结论]加入微生物菌剂可以加快生猪养殖垫料的腐熟.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to enhance the decomposition of pig breeding litter. [ Method ] The microbial agent was added into the pig breeding litter to study its effects on the eomposting of pig breeding litter. [ Result ] The decomposition of cellulose, hemi cellulose and lignin of the group with addition of 0.5％ microbial agent and 2％ unripe into the compost increased by 15.4％, 10.4％ and 4.9％ over the control group. [ Conclusion ] The decomposition of pig breeding litter could be enhanced by adding the microbial agent.
