[ Objective ] The aim was to carry out post-evaluation on environmental planning by means of logical framework approach (LFA).[ Method] Taking environmental planning in a province during “11th Five-year Plan” for example, by means of LFA, the post-evaluation on environmental planning was carried out from the aspects of evaluation content, index system, implementation steps, evaluation feedback and input-output analysis of environmental planning. [ Result ] The post-evaluation on environmental planning by means of LFA achieved expected purpose and realized the assessment on various indexes at different stages in environmental planning, and then corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the problems which were found from the problem tree of environmental planning project. [ Conclusion] The study could provide theoretical reference for the post-evaluation on environmental planning in future.%[目的]采用逻辑框架法对环境规划进行后评估.[方法]以某省"十一五"环境规划为例,采用逻辑框架法,从评估内容、指标体系、实施步骤、评估反馈以及环境规划投入产出分析等方面对环境规划进行后评估.[结果]采用逻辑框架法对环境规划进行后评估,达到了预期的目的,实现了对环境规划各阶段不同规划指标的评估,通过建立规划项目问题树发现问题,并有针对性地提出了相应对策.[结论]该研究为今后环境规划的后评估提供了理论参考.
