番茄白粉病对番茄叶片光合特性的影响

         

摘要

[ Objective ] The paper was to explor the pathogenic mechanism of tormato powdery mildew, and to study the effects of the discase on photosynthetic characteristics of tomato [ Method] With tour tomato varieties as materials, the pathogen of tomato powdery mildew was artificially inoculated. After the varieties were infected. the paranmeters such as net photosynthetie rate. stomatal condnetance and transpiration rote of tomato leaf werr measured by Li - 6400 portable phutosynthesis detector ander natural lighting conditions. [ Result ] The nel photossynthetic rate. stumatal conductance and tralspiration rate of four tomato varieties all decreasei after infection however, the decrease extent of these parameters of four varieties was different. The parameters of Jinyangdajuxing ( No.4 ) and Xinsheng No. 1 ( No. 5 ) with heavy infeetion decreased greatly. while the parameters of improved 98 - 6 and Lujia ( No. 13 ) with lighl infeetion decreased lightly [ Conclusion ] the results could provide theoretical basis for Lhe study on pathogenie tnechanism. new prevention way and resistance breeding of tomato powdery mildew.%[目的]为探明番茄白粉病的致病机理,研究番茄白粉病对番茄光合特性的影响.[方法]人工接种番茄白粉菌于4种番茄上,番茄感病后在自然光照条件下,用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定番茄叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等参数.[结果]4个番茄品种感病后的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均下降,但不同品种感病后净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率下降幅度不同,其中感病较重的金洋大飓星(4号)和鑫盛一号(5号)下降幅度较大,感病较轻的改良96-8和露佳(13号)下降幅度较小.[结论]研究结果可为番茄白粉病的致病机理、防治新途径以及抗病育种研究提供理论基础.
