[ Objective] The effect of the growth regulator on the camellia shoot anvil graftings experimented for the improvement of its survival rate through the thick and strong plumule culturing. [ Method] The effect of the different growth regulator: 911 rooting agent, GA3, ABT rooting powder on the germination rate, the average germinating speed, the diameter of plumule and the survival rate of grafting shoot of camellia was compared and analyzed. [ Result] Three kinds of growth regulators could significantly improve the growth potential of plumule, which germination rate, growth amount of plumule and survival rate of grafting shoot were much better than the CKs'. The germinating speed of camellia seed, which was treated with 911 rooting agent, GA3 or ABT rooting powder, was 5 days, 7 days or 9 days faster; the diameter of embryo, 45%, 40% or 50% larger and the rate of graft survival,8% ,12% or 9% higher than that of CK, respectively. [ Conclusion] The effect of three kinds of hormones on the germination of camellia, including root and lateral root, fibrous root-growing and developing, and the improvement of the survival rate of graft, was obvious, among which, GA3 treatment produced the best efficiency.%[目的]探索生长刺激素对油茶芽苗砧嫁接的影响,以培育粗壮的胚芽来提高嫁接成活率.[方法]用生长刺激素911生根剂、GA<,3>、ABT生根粉处理油茶种子,比较不同处理对发芽率、平均发芽速、胚芽粗度、嫁接成活率的影响.[结果]3种生长刺激素处理对胚芽的生长势产生了明显的影响,无论是发芽速、胚芽生长量,还是嫁接成活率,采用激素处理的都比对照好得多.911生根剂、GA<,3>、ABT生根粉处理的油茶平均发芽速分别比对照快5、7和9 d.胚芽粗度分别比对照提高45%、40%和50%,嫁接成活率分别比对照高8%、12%和9%.[结论]3种激素对油茶催芽,均能促进生根和侧根、须根发育,提高其嫁接成活率,其中GA<,3>处理效果最好.
