OD600 value and mycelium dry weight of bacteria broth with different growth stages and dilutions were determined, and the regression equation between two were confirmed respectively. The results indicated that there was greater correlation both in the logarithmic growth and stable phase, so this method can be used in the late fermentation after the bacteria breeding and optimized fermentation conditions to detect the changes in biomass of the oleaginous yeast timely and accurately.%对不同生长时间、不同稀释度的菌体培养液测定OD值和菌体干重,并分别确定两者间的回归方程.结果表明,两者在菌体对数生长期和稳定期存在很好的相关性,可以利用该方法在后期菌种发酵产脂及发酵条件优化后及时、准确检测产油酵母菌生物量的变化.
