关于小城镇建设用地适度利用管理的思考

摘要

小城镇是介于城市与农村之间的居民点,它既有城市密集的用地方式,又有农村低矮的建筑格式.在阐述小城镇建设用地特点基础上,剖析了小城镇发展中的适度用地结构,并提出了小城镇适度用地管理的对策,以期提高土地管理执行效率,促进小城镇土地的集约利用.%The small town is a settlement between the city and village, which has urban dense land use and rural low building. Based on elaborating characteristics of construction land in small towns,the moderate land use structure during the development of small towns was analyzed,the countermeasures for moderate land use management were put forward,so as to improve operating efficiency of land management,promoting intensive use of small towns land.
