On the basis of the characteristic of land consolidation project in Hebei, back-propagation of artificial neural network methods was used to build a model, then, comprehensive evaluation was carried out for ecologic, economic and social benefit of land consolidation project, the aim was to provide new ways and thinking for evaluating land consolidation. The results show that 16 project' s value of integrated benefits evaluation was above “medium” among 21 land consolidation projects, which could basically reflect real benefits of land consolidation project in Hebei.%根据土地整理工程特点,采用人工神经网络方法中的反向传播算法(BP)构建模型,对土地整理工程的生态、经济和社会效益进行综合评价,旨在为土地整理评价提供新的方法和思路.评价结果显示,在所选的河北省21个土地整理项目中,有16个项目的综合效益评价值在"中等"以上,能够反映出土地整理工程的实际效益.
