[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore a new way for the control of Tomato Fusarium Wilt. [ Method ] Different solvents were used to prepare the extracts of Tagetes patula, and the inhibitory effects of different extraction solvents and different extraction parts of T. patula against Tomato Fusarium Wilt were compared. [ Result] Among different solvent extracts of T. patula, chloroform extracts had the strongest inhibitory effects against the growth of the pathogen; among the chloroform extracts from different parts of T. patula, root extract had the most obvious inhibitory effect against the disease, followed by flower and leaf extracts, and the inhibitory0 effect of stem extract was the weakest.［ Conclusion ] The active components of T. patula have inhibitory effect against Tomato Fusarium Wilt, and the plant has good development prospects and application value.%[目的]为防治番茄枯萎病提供新途径.[方法]采用不同溶剂制备万寿菊提取物,比较不同提取物对番茄枯萎病的抑制作用.[结果]在万寿菊不同溶剂提取物中,以氯仿提取物对番茄枯萎病菌生长的抑制效果最好;万寿菊不同部位氯仿提取物中,根部提取物对番茄枯萎病的抑制作用最明显,花、叶片提取物次之,茎提取物抑制作用最弱.[结论]万寿菊中含有的活性成分对番茄枯萎病有抑制作用,具有良好的开发前景和应用价值.
