雀儿舌头根、茎、叶的解剖结构研究

     

摘要

[ Objective] The biological basis of the further research and uilization of the slender starwrot resource was provided through the research on the structure of vegetative organs of the slender starwort containing higdy toxie substaance in northem Shaanxi.[Method] The structure of the slender starwort root, stem and leaf was observed under microscope by means of the method of paraffin section, 20 visions were randomly observed for the measurement of the corresponding data, which average and standard deviation were calculated. [Results] The primary xylem of slender starwort root was the second protoype. The vascular tissue in the secondary structure developed well. The cortex accounted for a large proportion in the stem and the vascular tissue was arranged in a nearly circular ring, with more developed pith.The leaf was one type of bifacial leaf.with clear differentiaon of palisade and spongy tissue, the stomata were mainly distributed in the lower epidermis and there were rich trichomes in the lower epidemis.The density of storage cell and secretion cell was large.[Conclusion]The vegetative organ of the slender starwort was unique in anatomical structure,indicating its character of very good ecological adaptability, vitality, quick multiplication and widely distribution.which was with important development and utilization value.%[目的]研究陕北分布的一种含有剧毒物质的植物雀儿舌头(Leptopus chinensis)营养器官的结构特征,为深入研究与利用这种植物资源提供基础生物学依据.[方法]运用石蜡切片法制片,显微镜观察雀儿舌头根、茎、叶结构,随机选择2()个视野测量相应数据,分别计算其平均值和标准差.[结果]雀儿舌头根的初生木质部为二原型,次生结构中维管组织发达;茎中皮层所占比例较大,维管组织排列成近圆环形,髓部较发达;叶片为异面叶,有明显的栅栏组织和海绵组织分化,气孔主要分布于下表皮,下表皮被丰富的表皮毛;贮藏细胞和分泌细胞密度较大.[结论]雀儿舌头营养器官具有独特的解剖结构,使其表现出极为良好的生态适应性,生命力强、繁衍快、分布广,具有重要的开发利用价值.
