动态碰撞反应池模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱检测藏药中的微量元素

摘要

对电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定藏药中微量元素As、Sb、Bi、Hg、Cd、Se、Pb进行了研究,优化了仪器在动态碰撞反应池(DRC)模式的测定条件.方法检出限:Se、As、Sb、Bi、Hg、Cd、Pb分别为0.110、0.060、0.026、0.036、0.091、0.043、0.035 μg/g,方法精密度RSD为4.9%～14.3%,加标回收率 90.0%～110.0%.该方法适用于类似植物样品中微量元素的检测.%The paper studied the detection of trace elements such as As, Sb, Bi, Hg, Cd, Se and Pb in Tibetan medicine by ICP-MS and optimized the detection conditions of the devices in dynamic collision reaction cell ( DRC ).
