不同角度刀片刃口对甘蔗去皮的影响研究

     

摘要

[目的]研究甘蔗皮层在不同角度刃口刀片作用下的变化规律.[方法]甘蔗皮层的力学特性分析是设计甘蔗去皮机械的理论基础,以广西产红皮甘蔗为材料,研究不同角度刀片刃口对甘蔗去皮的影响.采用自制的刀片组及夹具在微机控制电子万能试验机(RG-M3005)上进行试验,对甘蔗茎秆节间和节点处去皮时的力学特性进行试验研究.[结果]试验表明,在对甘蔗茎秆的节间和节点部分进行去皮时,随着刃口角度的增加,刀片在去皮时所遇阻力逐渐增大,且不同角度刀片刃口在对甘蔗下段茎秆进行去皮时所遇阻力最大,而中段所遇阻力次之,上段最小;刀片刃口角度越小,在去皮过程中剥离甘蔗皮所需作用力越小.[结论]研究可为甘蔗去皮机械的研制奠定基础.%[Objective] To study variation law of sugarcane skin under different blade angles. [Method] The mechanical characteristic of the sugarcane skin is the theoretical basis for designing sugarcane peeled machine. With redskin sugarcane from Guangxi as test material, the effect of the different blade angles on the peeling of sugarcane was studied. The test researches of the mechanical properties of the sugarcane stalk inter-nodes and nodes peeled were studied in the electronic universal testing machine ( RG-M30O5) controlled by the computer using a homemade blade group and fixture. [Result] The results showed that the internodes and nodes of the sugarcane stalk peeling, with the increase of the cutting edge angle, the encountered resistance of the blade when peeled increases gradually, and the encountered resistance of the different angle of the cutting edge blade peeled to the under section of the sugarcane stalk was the largest, and followed by the encountered resistance in the middle section of the sugarcane stalk, and the minimal in the previous section; the smaller the angle of blade edge, the smaller the required force peeling sugarcane skins during the peeled process should try to use the small angle blade. [Conclusion] The study will lay a foundation for development of sugarcane peeling machine.
