[目的]探讨广元市烟叶(Nicotiana tabacum L.)壮苗培育措施.[方法]在育苗初期采用集中催芽、浅放池水、水体加热、苗床底部增温、补充光照的方式进行育苗.[结果]集中催芽出苗的时间最短为18 d,相对于对照提前出苗15 d左右；补充光照处理的烟株最高,平均达到10.2 cm,比对照要高出2.8 cm,在根长度方面补充光照茎径为3.49 mm,明显优于对照.[结论]采用前期集中催芽,出苗后进入大棚进行补充光照,这样生长出来的烟苗能满足壮苗的要求.%[Objective] The purpose was lo discuss the measures of cultivating stroitg tobacco seedlings in Guangyuang City. [ Method] In thernearly days of tobacco seedling, the seedlings were cultivated by concentrated pregermination, pouring a little water into pool, heating water,rnwarming seedbed bottom and illumination supplement. [Result] The emergence time of concentrated pregermination was the shortest about 18rndays, advanced 15 days than CK; the plant height of illumination supplement treatment was the highest, reached to 10. 2 cm, 2. 8 cm higherrnthan CK, and the stem diameter was 3.49 mm, significantly better than CK. [Conclusion] Using concentrated pregermination at the tobaccornseedling in the early days, then using illumination supplement when tobacco into greenhouse, the tobacco seedlings satisfy with the requires forrnstrong seedlings.
