[目的]研究蘑菇菌糠堆肥在小白菜上的肥效.[方法]试验设3个处理:常规施肥、常规施肥+蘑菇菌糠堆肥、不施肥(CK).采用随机区组设计,统计各小区产量,同时进行经济性状考察和硝酸盐、糖分含量、Vc 含量测定.[结果]增施蘑菇菌糠堆肥能改善小白菜的生物学性状,增产14.5%;小白菜可溶性糖含量提高14.2%,硝酸盐含量降低19.1%,Vc含量提高22.3%.[结论]蘑菇菌糠堆肥具有明显的增产和提高蔬菜品质的效应,适宜在蔬菜上推广使用.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the fertilizer efficiency of mushroom dregs on pakchoi. [Method] 3 treatments were arranged,such as conventional fertilization,conventional fertilization with mushroom compost and no fertilization (CK). A randomized block design was adopted. At the same time,the economic traits and the content of nitrate,sugar,vitamin C were determined. [ Result]In comparison with CK, applying the fermented mushroom dregs to pakchoi could increased fresh yield by 14.5% ,the content of soluble sugar by 14.2% ,the content of vitamin C by 22.3% ,and could reduce the content of nitrate by 19.1%. [Conclusion] Mushroom compost can obviously increase the yield and improve the quality of vegetables, which was suitable for the application in vegetable production.
