打顶时期与留叶数对兴烟一号农艺性状及产质量的影响

             

摘要

[目的]为兴烟一号(Nicotiana glauca L.)在黔西南地区的推广种植提供科学依据.[方法]研究不同时期打顶(现蕾期、初花期和盛花期)与留叶数(20、25、30、35片/株)对兴烟一号农艺性状、经济性状和化学成分的影响.[结果]随着留叶数的增加,株高显著增加,茎围和节距则变小;随着打顶时期的推迟,株高显著增加,节距显著变大,叶片稍变大.随着留叶数的增加,产量和产值增加,均价和上中等烟比例呈现低-高-低的趋势;随着打顶时期的推迟,产量显著增加,均价和中上等烟比例以初花期打顶的较好.随着留叶数的增加,总糖和还原糖含量先增后减;随着打顶时期的推迟,总糖含量、还原糖含量、糖碱比和钾氯比降低,两糖差以初花期打顶的较好.[结论]兴烟一号宜选择初花期打顶,留叶30或35片/株,此时烟株的农艺性状较好,化学成分较为协调,烟叶经济性状好.%[ Objective] To provide a scientific basis for extension of Xingyan No. 1 in southwest area of Guizhou. [ Method] Effects of topping stage (bud stage, initial flowering stage, full blooming) and retained leaf number (20, 25 , 30 and 35 pieces of leaves per plant) on agronomic traits, economic traits and chemical components of flue- cured tobacco variety Xingyan No. 1 were studied. [Result] With the increase of retained leaf number, plant height increased significantly, while plant grith and distance between two internodes decreased; with the postpone* ment of topping stage, plant height and distance between two internodes increased significantly, and the leaf size increased a little. With the increase of retained leaf number, yield and quality increased, average price and the percentage of high-middle class leaf were firstly increased and then decreased; with the postponement of topping stage, yield increased significantly, average price and the percentage of high-middle class leaf were better when topping at initial flowering stage. With the increase of retained leaf number, total sugar content and reducing sugar content were firstly increased and then decreased, with the postponement of topping stage, total sugar content, reducing sugar content, the ratio of sugar and nicotine decreased, and the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar was better when topping at initial flowering stage. [ Conclusion] It is better for flue-cured variety Xingyan No, 1 to top at initial flowering stage and remain 30 or 35 pieces of leaves, and the agronomic traits are bettert chemical composition is more coordinated, and economic traits are better.
