微波消解原子吸收法测定宁夏红花中微量元素含量的研究

     

摘要

[ Objective]To determine the content of trace elements in Carthamus tinctorius L. from Ningxia. [ Method]Taking HNO,-H2O2 as the acids system, the sample was digested by sealed microwave digestion system. Inorganic elements in Carthamus tinctorius L. from Ningxia,including Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca,K,Mg,Na and Mn were detected. Based on the test on recovery rate,the reliability of data was verified. [Result]The average recoveries of Cu, Fe, Zn, Ca, K, Mg, Na and Mn were98.5% , 96.45% , 102.0% , 95.3% , 99.1% , 96.8% , 99.5% and 98.9%, and their contents were 25.311,808.61, 110.52, 16 885.92, 10611.01, 1 820.3, 52.35 and 2 285.4 μg/g. [Conclusion] This method is rapid, simple,accurate and could satisfy the sample examination,which provides a scientific method for the research on trace element content and products quality of Carthamus tinctorius L..%[目的]测定宁夏红花中微量元素的含量.[方法]选择HNO3-H2O2作为红花样品消化的酸溶体系,利用微波密闭消解系统对样品进行消解,并采用原子吸收光谱法对宁夏红花中Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca、K、Mg、Na和Mn等8种无机元素进行检测;通过加样回收率试验,验证分析数据的可靠性.[结果]宁夏红花中Cu、Fe、Zn、Ca、K、Mg、Na和Mn元素的平均回收率分别为98.5%、96.45%、102.0%、95.3%、99.1%、96.8%、99.5%和98.9%;含量分别为25.311、808.61、110.52、16885.92、10 611.01、1 820.3、52.35和2 285.4μg/g.[结论]该方法快速,简单,精确,可满足红花样品分析检测的要求,为研究红花中微量元素含量及其产品品质提供了科学方法.
