紫云产线纹香茶菜化学成分的研究

         

摘要

[Objective] To study the chemical constituents in R. lophanthoides in Ziyun. [Method] R. lophanthoides was firstly extracted by silica gel chromatography, the chemical components of the extracts were then analyzed according to spectral and literature data. [Result] Five constituents were extracted out, and then identified to be Lophanic acid( I ) , [Conclusion] The method is accurate and reliable, thus it can be used for analyzing the chemical consituents of R. lophanthoides produced in Ziyun County.%[目的]研究紫云产线纹香茶菜的化学成分.[方法]运用硅胶柱层析对紫云产线纹香茶菜进行提取分离,然后结合光谱数据与文献资料对提取物的化学成分进行分析.[结果]从紫云产线纹香茶菜中分离得到5个化合物,分别为线纹香茶菜酸(Lophanic acid Ⅰ)、Cerardianin A(Ⅱ)、Gerardianin B(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅳ)和熊果酸(Ⅴ).[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于紫云产线纹香茶菜化学成分的分析.
