苹果花柱蛋白质对其花粉萌发及生长的影响

         

摘要

[Objective] The purpose was to study apple style protein on its pollen germination and growth, and provide a significant basis for overcoming apple self incompatibility. [Method] Style and pollen of six apple varieties, Hongao, Zaohongxiang, Gala, Fushi, Jinguan, Xiaguan, were taken as test materials, and pollen protein concentration was 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 5.0 μg/μl, respectively, and 0 μg/μl pollen concentration was taken as control. [Result] Different concentration apple style protein had restrain effect on self-pollen germination and growth, and this restrain degree was enhanced with style prolein concentration increasing against a same apple variety pollen, and to self-compatible apple variety Zaohongxiang was gentler than to the other self-incompatible apple varieties, and Zaohongxiangs pollen germination rate was more than 76,46% and its pollen tube length was more than 770. 16 μm. [Conclusion] Apple style protein had restrain effect on self-pollen gemination and growth, and this restrain degree to self-compatible variety was gentler than that to sell-incompatible variety.%[目的]研究花柱蛋白质对苹果(Molus domestica)花粉萌发及生长的影响,为克服苹果自交不亲和提供重要依据.[方法]以6个苹果品种(红奥、早红香、嘎拉、富士、金冠和夏光)的花柱和花粉为试验材料,花柱蛋白质浓度分别为0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0、5.0 μg/μl,以不添加花柱蛋白质为对照.[结果]培养基中加入不同浓度苹果花柱蛋白质对其自花花粉萌发和生长均有抑制作用,并且同一品种花粉萌发受抑制程度随培养基中花柱蛋白质浓度的提高而加强.培养基中加入花柱蛋白质后对自交亲和的苹果品种早红香花粉萌发和花粉管生长的抑制程度较自交不亲和苹果弱,花粉葫发率均在76.46%以上,花粉管长度在770.16μm以上.[结论]花柱蛋白质对苹果花粉萌发及生长均有抑制作用,且对自交亲和品种的抑制程度较自交不亲和品种弱.
