园艺专业突出实践和创新能力人才培养模式的改革与实践

摘要

According to the developments of horticulture industry,the social requirements of horticulture specialty talents and the characteristics of horticultural talent training,a talents training model was explored with the aim to cultivate and enhance the practical and innovative ability of students from the improvements of practice teaching system,the reform of practice teaching content and methods,the cultivation of students' practice ability and the improvement of students' comprehensive ability.%针对园艺产业发展动态,以及社会发展对园艺专业人才的要求和园艺专业的人才培养特点,以培养和提高学生实践能力和创新能力为目标,从完善实践教学体系,改革实践教学内容和方法,注重培养学生的动手能力,提高学生的综合素质几方面,探索了园艺专业实践和创新能力人才培养模式.
