桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害对桉树化学成分的影响

         

摘要

[目的]阐明桉树枝瘿姬小蜂与其寄主桉树之间的相互关系,为桉树枝瘿姬小蜂的科学防治奠定基础.[方法]采用固相微萃取和乙醇浸提2种方法提取桉树化学成分,采用气相色谱-质谱仪检测,采用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量.[结果]桉树被桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害后不但有物质的消失而且有新物质的诱导形成.在诱导新产生的4种挥发性物质中,以萜品油烯含量最高,达37.66%;桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害后叶片的乙醇提取物中也检测出8种新物质,其中以3-苯基-2丙烯基苯丙酸酯含量最高,达30.95%.[结论]桉树枝瘿姬小蜂危害对桉树化学成分的组成与含量均有较明显的影响.%[Objective] The aim was to illustrate the relation between Leptvcybe invasa and Eucalyptus, and to provide the basis for scientific control of L intasa. [ Method ] The chemical compositions of Eucalyptus were extracted by solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) technique and ethanol extraction method, and detected by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer. The relative contents of the components were determined by area normalization. [ Result] When Eucalyptus was damaged by L invasa, not only some substances were absent, but also new substances were induced. Among the 4 induced volaliles, the content of 1-methyl-4-(1-tnethylethylidene)-cyclohexene was the highest as 37. 66% , Eight new ehemical substances were also detected from the ethanol extract of damaged leaves, and the content of 3-phenyl-2-propenyl ester was the highest of 30.95%. [Conclusion] The damage caused by L. invasa had obvious effect on composition and contents of chemical compositions of Eucalyptus.
