原子吸收法测定彝药见肿消中微量元素的含量

摘要

[Objective] The aim was to verify the content of microelements in "Jian Zhong Xiao" of Yi nationality's medicine. [Method] The samples were diluted by microwave with concentrated nitric acid and the contents were calculated by calibration curve method. [ Result ] The results indicate that the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in "Jian Zhong Xiao" are 19.970,8.500,1.110,0.0,30,0.400 and 0.043 mg/g respectively. The RSD is in the range of 2.5% -9.7% and the recovery of standard addition is among 95% - 102%. [Conclusion] The method is simple and the test result is accurate.%[目的]探明彝药见肿消中微量元素的含量.[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光度法进行测定分析,用浓硝酸微波消解样品,采用标准曲线法计算.[结果]彝药见肿消中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰的质量分数分别是19.970、8.500、1.110、0.043、0.400、0.043 mg/g,RSD为2.5％ ～9.7％,加标回收率在95％～102％之间.[结论]该方法简单,测定结果准确.
