节水灌溉方式优选算法设计与实现

     

摘要

在进行基础资料调查和数据分析的基础上,通过计算不同水源不同节水灌溉方式的年收入、支出、年净效益和投资回收期等,得到不同水源在不同灌溉方式下的年净效益平均值,完成节水灌溉方式经济适宜性的评价分析;以灌水均匀度作为技术适宜性评价指标,适宜性评价结合3种灌溉水源(地面水、浅井水、深井水),3种作物模型(粮食作物、经济作物、林果),3种地形地貌(1/1 000 ~3 000、1/100 ~1 000、1/10~ 100),5种土壤质地(砂质、砂壤质、壤质、粘壤质、粘质),完成节水灌溉方式技术适宜性评价分析;根据调查资料整理和总结,得出群众对各种灌溉方式的评价结果,完成节水灌溉方式的社会适宜性评价分析;运用模糊综合评价法实现节水灌溉方式的适宜性评价.并且以典型灌区为实例,对构建的综合评价指标和决策集及建立的节水灌溉方式评价数学模型进行验证,完成了节水灌溉方式的优选.%Based on the investigation and analysis of historical data, through calculating the annual income, expenditure, annual net benefit and investment recovery period of different water-saving irrigation methods for various water sources, mean of annual net benefit of different were obtained, and economic suitability of water-saving irrigation methods were evaluated and analyzed; with irrigation uniformity as technology suitability evaluating index, combined with three kinds of water source (surface water, shallow well water, deep well water), three kinds of crop (grain crop, economic crop, forest fruit), three kinds of landform and physiognomy( 1/1 000 -3 000, 1/100 - 1 000, 1/10 - 100) , five kinds of soil texture (sandy, sandy loam, loam, clay loamy, viscosin ) , the technology suitability of water - saving irrigation methods were evaluated and analyzed; according to the consolidation and summarizing of investigation data, the evaluation results from people were obtained, and the social suitability were evaluated; the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to complete adaptive evaluation of water-saving irrigation methods. Finally, with typical irrigation area as an example, the constructed comprehensive evaluation index, decision-making set and established evaluating mathematical model were verified and the optimization was completed.
