金华双龙洞景区的不同海拔土壤动物群落结构

             

摘要

2010年3~4月,对双龙洞景区的土壤动物进行了调查,共获得土壤动物677只,属4门、9纲、16个目.其中,蜱螨目、弹尾目为优势类群,近孔寡毛目、膜翅目、双翅目幼虫为常见类群,其余11类为稀有类群.结果表明:土壤动物密度随海拔升高而下降,类群数受海拔影响较小;各海拔群落的相似程度较小;土壤动物群落Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数、Margalef丰富度指数仅在海拔500m以下随海拔升高而增加,而在海拔500 m Shannon-Wiener指数与丰富度指数下降,但在海拔900~1 100m处又出现一个单峰图形;Pielou均匀度指数在略有下降后上升.%An investigation was made on the soil fauna in Shuanglong Cave Scenic Spot, Zhejiang Province From March to April in 2010. In 8 sampling areas,a total of 677 individuals belonging to 4 phyla,9 classes and 16 orders were collected. Acarina and Collembola were dominant groups,while Kong Oligoohaeta,Hymenoptera and Diptera larvae were the common groups,and other 11 categories were rare. Dominant groups and common groups constituted the main attractions of the soil fauna of Jinhua Shuanglong Cave. With the increase of the altitude, the density of soil fauna decreased. However,the group number was affected slightly. There was a low co-occurrence of soil faununal communities among different altitudinal sampling areas. Below the altitude 500 m, Shannon-Wiener index, Pieloudex, and Margalef abundance index increased with the increase of the altitude. However,above the altitude 500 m,Shannon-Wiener index and the abundance index decreased. Pielou index increased after an initial slight decrease.
