广西产红腺忍冬与灰毡毛忍冬红外光谱初探

         

摘要

[ Objective ] To develop a rapid method for identifying and evaluating Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Species with IR spectruras. [ Method] IR spectrums were applied to research Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. , samples collected from 10 different producing areas and Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Samples collected from 7 different producing areas in Guangxi Province. Then, the baseline of infrared spectrums was smoothed and corrected using Omnic 7.0 software, and each sample's similarity was calculated u-sing their average spectrum as the standard spectrum. Based upon theirs infrared spectrum's characteristic absorption peaks and the similarity, these samples were identified and evaluated. [Result] The characteristic absorption peaks of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. From Guangxi Province were obtained. The similarity of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. Samples ranged from 0. 976 7 to 0.993 4 with the RSD 0. 58% (n = 10). Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz. Samples'similarity was in the range of 0.685 4 to 0. 823 8 with the RSD of 6.92% (n = 6). [ Conclusion ] This method is a simple, fast and stable one that can be used to identify and evaluate the species of Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. And Lonicera macranthoides Hand. -Mazz.%[目的]建立红腺忍冬与灰毡毛忍冬红外光谱快速鉴别的评价方法.[方法]采用红外光谱法对采自广西10个不同产地的红腺忍冬样品和6个不同产地的灰毡毛忍冬进行红外光谱试验研究,运用Omnic 7.0软件对红外图谱进行平滑机基线校正处理,并以他们的平均图谱为标准求出各样品的相似度,通过其红外光谱特征吸收峰及各样品的相似度对样品进行品种鉴别评价.[结果]得到广西产红腺忍冬和灰毡毛忍冬的特征吸收峰,并求得红腺忍冬各样品的相似度在0.993 4 ~0.976 7,相似度的RSD值为0.58% (n=10);灰毡毛忍冬各样品的相似度在0.685 4~0.823 8,相似度的RSD值为6.92%(n=6).[结论]该方法简便,快速,稳定,可用于红腺忍冬与灰毡毛忍冬的鉴别.
