为了客观、系统地对云南临沧烤烟质量进行评价,综合考虑烟叶外观、物理特性、化学成分、感官质量四大类28项因子,运用模糊数学隶属函数、相关系数特征值法和层次分析法,对临沧市不同县区烤烟质量进行综合对比研究,同时采用方差分析法从四大类评价指标及综合评价方面对不同县区烟叶进行对比分析,明晰各县区烟叶质量的异同.结果表明,综合评价后,烤烟质量由好到差排列顺序为镇康>临翔>沧源>耿马>双江>凤庆>永德>云县,变异系数较小的为沧源和镇康,分别为1.98%和2.41%,云县和永德变异系数较大,分别为4,09%和3.77%;方差分析结果显示,镇康地区烟叶质量较好,尤其在化学成分和综合得分方面;云县烟叶质量相对较差,在物理特性方面与其他县存在极显著差异(P<0.01),在综合得分方面与其他大部分县存在显著差异(P<0.05).%The quality of the flue-cured tobacco from different counties in Lincang in Yunnan Province was analyzed comparatively using fuzzy logic, correlation coefficient eigenvalue method and analytic hierarchy process based on 28 criteria of their visible and detectable, physical, chemical and sensory properties. The variability of tobacco quality within each county was revealed. The quality of these samples was arranged with a decreasing sequence: Zhenkang > Linxiang > Cangyuan > Gengma > Shuangjiang > Fengqing > Yongde > Yunxian. It was showed that the variation coefficient of Cangyuan and Zhenkang (1.98% and 2.41% respectively) were lower, while Yunxian and Yongde' s were higher (4. 09% and 3. 77% respectively). Zhengkang tobacco, of which chemical composition and comprehensive properties were highly significant with other counties, was revealed to be with high quality, while Yunxian tobacco proved to be of poor quality, with its physical properties being significantly different from that in other major counties (P < 0.01 ) and its comprehensive properties being different from that in other major counties (P < 0.05 ).
