生物滴滤池处理含H2S的水产加工企业恶臭废气的研究

     

摘要

[Objective] The research aimed to study treatment feasibility of the foul gas including H2S from aquatic processing enterprise by biotrickling filter.[Method] Foul gas including H2S from aquatic processing enterprise as test gas,by using independently developed biotrickling filter filled with polypropylene pall rings,influences of the EBRT,inlet H2S concentration and pH on reactor capability were studied respectively.[Result] After the 18th day of biofilm completion,removal efficiency of the H2S always maintained over 90%.When biotrickling filter ran for 58 d,elimination capacity reached 52.0 g/(m3 · h) and was the maximum.When EBRT was during 13-30 s,removal efficiency was 100% and reached the maximum.When inlet H2S concentration was 400 mg/m3,elimination capacity reached 70.2 g/(m3 · h) and was the maximum,but removal efficiency of the H2S was only 73.1%.[Conclusion] Under very low pH,the system could still remove H2S efficiently.%[目的]研究生物滴滤池处理含H2S的水产加工企业恶臭废气的可行性.[方法]以含H2S的水产加工企业恶臭废气作为试验气体,采用自主研制的板式生物滴滤塔,以聚丙烯鲍尔环为填料,分别研究了空床停留时间(EBRT)、进口H2S浓度、pH对反应器性能的影响.[结果]在挂膜完成的第18天后,H2S的去除效率始终保持在90%以上,并且在运行58 d时达到最大去除负荷52.0 g/(m3·h).EBRT在13 ~ 30 s的范围内,去除效率达到最高100%.在进口H2S浓度为400 mg/m3时,获得70.2 g/(m3·h)的最大去除负荷,但H2S的去除效率仅为73.1%.[结论]该系统可在非常低的pH下,即在氢离子大量积累之后,仍能经济方便地去除H2S.
