关于我国水土保持事业发展的思考

摘要

Starting from water and soil conservation status in China, the guiding thoughts and characteristics of new period water and soil conservation were analyzed, the main problems were discussed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward, so as to provide theoretical guidance for water and soil conservation in new period.%从我国水土保持现状出发,分析了新时期水土保持工作的指导思想及特点,探讨我国水土保持事业发展过程中面临的主要问题,并提出相应对策,以期为我国新时期的水土保持工作提供理论指导.
