农村土地承包经营权流转纠纷及其防控对策研究

摘要

Disputes in the right turnover of rural land contract management were discussed in terms of their performance and reasons. Regulating the action of land turnover according to the law and the main task of the rural contraction were the central work. Several measures to control the disputes about the land turnover were proposed.%分析了农村土地承包经营权流转纠纷表现及其成因,指出依法防控纠纷,规范和加强土地流转是新农村建设和农村改革的核心工作,提出了农村土地承包经营权流转纠纷的防控对策.
