26种中草药醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果

         

摘要

[目的]研究26种中草药醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用.[方法]用无水乙醇制备26种中草药的醇提液,然后对金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌试验,筛选出抑菌效果好的中草药.[结果]大黄、甘草、长青叶、独活和山萸肉的醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑制作用,其中大黄的抑菌效果最好,对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC值为1.9 mg/ml;其次为长青叶提取液,其MIC值为250 mg/ml.[结论]大黄对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好,具有一定的实用价值.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the inhibitory effect of ethanol extracts from 26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on Staphylo-coccus aureus. [Method] Anhydrous ethanol was used to prepare ethanol extracts from 26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine to make the bacterio-static test on Staphylococcus aureus. The species of Chinese herbal medicine with better bacteriostatic effect were screened out. [ Result ] The ethanol extracts from Rheum officinale Baill. ,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. .Evergreen leaves,Radix Angelicae pubescentis and Cornus officinalis flesh had obvious inhibitory effects on S. aureus. The bacteriostatic effect of Rheum officinale Baill. was the best and its MIC was 1.9 mg/ml. The bacteriostatic effect of ethanol extract from Evergreen leaves was the next and its MIC was 250 mg/ml. [ Conclusion ] Rheum officinale Baill had better bacteriostatic effect on S. aureus and had some application value.
