高蛋白杂交大豆“杂优豆2号”选育及栽培技术

摘要

为筛选高蛋白杂交大豆,安徽省农业科学院作物研究所利用大豆M型质核互作雄性不育系W931A与恢复系WR99071测交组配杂交组合.该杂交组合2007～2008年参加安徽省夏大豆品种区域试验,2年平均产量2666.85 kg/hm2,比对照平均增产5.81％；2009年参加安徽省夏大豆品种生产试验,平均产量2 480.10 kg/hm2,比对照增产0.79％.平均粗蛋白质含量45.12％,粗脂肪含量18.10％,属高蛋白杂交大豆.该品种适于安徽省淮北及江淮地区作早中熟品种种植.%For breeding of hybrid soybean with high-protein, the hybrid combination of W931A × WR99071 with soybean M - type CMS by CRI, AAAS was tested. In Anhui summer soybean variety regional trial duing 2007 - 2008, the average yield of the hybrid combination was 2 666.85 kg/hm2, increasing by 5.81 % compared with the control. In Anhui summer soybean variety production test in 2009,. the average yield was 2 480.10 kg/hm2, increasing by 0.79% compared with the control. The contents of crude protein and fat were 45.12% and 18.10% respectively. The hybrid soybean "Zayoudou No. 2" was suitably planted in Huaibei plain and Jianghuai hilly region for early - medium maturing varieties.
