河南省朝天椒产业发展前景分析与建议

摘要

Based on the climatic condition advantage , variety resources advantage and regional traffic advantage of pod pepper ( Capsicum annu-um var.frutescens L.)industry in Henan Province, we analyzed the development status, problems and prospect of pod pepper industry in Henan Province.Henan Province had developed into the development base of pod pepper industry , but there were still some problems such as fluctuated price, single variety structure, imperfect reproduction and breeding system, and lack of scientific support.As for the development prospect, more attention would be paid to the cross breeding of pod pepper .The production base construction and product quality safety would be further strength-ened;deep processing and commercial operation of pepper would be further enhanced .In order to promote the development of pod pepper industry of Henan Province, countermeasures were put forward, such as improving the production and operation management system, developing standard-ized production, strengthening the introduction and promotion of new varieties, and promoting large-scale planting.%基于河南省发展朝天椒产业的气候条件优势、品种资源优势和区位交通优势，分析了河南省朝天椒产业发展现状、问题及产业发展前景：河南省已成为我国朝天椒产业发展基地，但仍存在价格起伏不定、品种结构单一、良种繁育体系不健全、科研支撑不足等问题；从发展前景看，朝天椒杂交育种会愈来愈受重视，辣椒生产基地建设和产品质量安全将进一步加强，辣椒深加工和商业化运作将进一步加强。为促进河南省朝天椒产业的进一步发展，提出了改善生产经营管理体制、发展标准化生产、加强新品种的引进和推广、发展规模种植等对策建议。
