农村土地流转经营成效· 问题及建议——以安徽省滁州市为例

摘要

The status and characteristics of land circulation in Chuzhou City, Anhui Province were analyzed.The problems and causes of the current rural land circulation management were discussed.The countermeasures were put forward to improve the effectiveness of land transfer operation:Enhancing the management capacity of operators, advocating a modest scale of operation, improving disaster resilience, innovating scale of operation, improving the rural social security mechanism.%分析了安徽省滁州市土地流转现状和特点,探讨了当前农村土地流转经营中存在的问题及其成因,提出了提高土地流转经营成效的对策建议:提升经营者管理能力,倡导适度规模经营,提高抗灾抗变能力,创新规模经营方式,健全农村社会保障机制.
