[Objective] To study germination ability of rice and seedling growth under different biochemical reagents treatments.[Method] The seeds of rice were treated with NaCl,CuSO4,CaCl2,KNO3,Na2B4O7 at various concentrations respectively.After germination,we calculated the germination vigor,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,the ground fresh weight,root weight,root length,height of seedling.[Result] Except CuSO4,these chemicals promoted the germination of rice seed,especially 1.5%CaCl2 treatment.All chemicals inhibited the growth of leaf fresh weight and root weight,but promoted the growth of root length and seedling height.[Conclusion] There have different effects of chemical reagents on rice germination ability.Chemical reagents inhibit the growth of overground part of rice,but promote the growth of root.%[目的]研究不同试剂处理对水稻种子萌发力和幼苗生长的影响.[方法]以水稻种子为研究材料,以清水浸泡作为对照,经NaCl、CuSO4、CaCl2、KNO3、Na2B4O7不同浓度试剂浸泡处理水稻种子后,在培养皿中进行发芽试验,测定和计算其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、种子活力指数、地上鲜重、根重、根长、苗高.[结果]除CuSO4外,其他试剂对水稻种子的发芽力均有促进作用,其中以1.5%CaCl2作用最为显著;各处理均抑制了地上部叶片鲜重及根重的增加,但促进了根长的生长及苗高.[结论]不同试剂浸种处理对水稻发芽力影响不同,并且会抑制地上部生长,但促进根系生长.
