珠兰花叶斑线虫病的化学防治研究

摘要

[目的]探究珠兰花叶斑线虫病的化学防治方法.[方法]采用阿维菌素的2种剂型(颗粒剂杀线通、乳油剂线灭)对歙县珠兰花叶斑线虫病进行化学防治试验,颗粒剂作用于土壤,乳油剂作用于叶片和叶芽.[结果]颗粒剂对珠兰花叶斑线虫病无防治效果;乳油剂能有效防治珠兰花叶斑线虫病,其最佳稀释倍数为600倍.[结论]研究结果为歙县珠兰花企业生产提供了参考.%[Objective] The aim was to explore chemical control methods for leaf spot nematode of pearl orchid.[Method] Two forms of avermectin like granular medicament and emulsifiable pesticide were used to control the diseases of pearl orchid caused by the leaf nematode.The granularmedicament acted on soil, while the other emulsion acted on leaf and leaf buds.[Result] The granular medicament was inoperative in the control of leaf spot nematode, which the emulsion was effective in prevention and treatment of nematode disease, and the screened optimum dilution ratio in our experiment was 600 times.[Conclusion] The results will provide reference for prevention and control of diseases of pearl orchid for local enterprise in Shexian.
