马铃薯酸胁迫植株诱导试管薯过程中干物质含量变化

     

摘要

[Objective]To improve the propagation coefficient of potato microtuber and reduce production cost.[Method]The effect of plantlet with acid stress on induction of potato microtubers and changes of dry matter in roots,stems and leaves of plantlet during microtuber formation under high or low sucrose concentration were explored.[Result] The plantlets with suitable acid stress inducted the microtuber on the 5th day and 13th day under high or low sucrose concentration,respectively.Whereas the plantlets without acid stress formed the microtuber on the 9th day at high sucrose concentration,and didn't form the potato microtuber at low sucrose concentration.The dry matter content in roots increased significantly on the first day,and showed a unimodal curve in stems and leaves under acid stress and high sucrose concentration.At low concentration of sucrose,the dry matter content showed a unimodal curve in roots of the plantlet;the dry matter content in stems and leaves showed initial increase,and then declinie and increase.[Conclusion]The plantlets with suitable acid stress can promote microtuber formation in advance,there are differences in the dry matter accumulation mechanism in plantlet during microtuber formation at different sucrose concentration.%[目的]提高马铃薯试管薯的繁殖系数,降低试管薯生产成本.[方法]探讨了高、低浓度蔗糖对马铃薯试管薯形成的影响及其诱导试管薯过程中植株的根、茎、叶片等部位干物质含量变化.[结果]经过适当酸胁迫的马铃薯植株在高浓度和低浓度蔗糖条件下,分别在第5天和第13天可诱导试管薯;而未经酸胁迫植株在高浓度蔗糖条件下于第9天形成试管薯,在低浓度蔗糖条件下未能形成试管薯.酸胁迫植株在诱导试管薯过程中,在高浓度蔗糖条件下,根的干物质含量在诱导试管薯第1天明显增加,茎和叶片中的干物质含量均呈单峰曲线变化;在低浓度蔗糖条件下,根的干物质含量呈单峰曲线变化,茎和叶片干物质含量呈先增加、后减少、再增加的趋势.[结论]适当的酸胁迫可促进试管薯提前结薯,且在不同浓度蔗糖条件下,植株不同部位的干物质积累规律有差异.
