[Objective]The suitable planting density was investigated for flue-cured Tobacco.[Method] Four density treatments(120 cm×45 cm,120 cm×50 cm,120 cm×55 cm,120 cm×60 cm) were set to analyze effects of population structure on growth and development and yield and quality of tobacco.[Result]Planting density had great effect on growth period of tobacco.Compared with density treatment 120 cm×45 cm,growth period of density treatment 120 cm×60 cm shortened 15 days, there were significant differences in agronomic characters.Chemical constituents of high density treatment(120 cm×45 cm,120 cm×50 cm) were better.The sensory quality differences between low density treatments and high density treatments were as follows:for low density treatments,concentration of aroma was sufficient, irritation was obvious ,score of aroma quality was low.Optimum planting density was 120 cm×50 cm.[Conclusion]The experiment could offer reference for planting flue-cured tobacco to improve yield and quality.%[目的]探讨烤烟适宜的种植密度.[方法]以云烟85为试验材料,设置120 cm×45 cm、120 cm×50 cm、120 cm×55 cm、120 cm×60 cm 4个密度处理,分析不同群体结构对烟草生长发育及产质量的影响.[结果]不同密度对烟叶生育期有较大影响,与120 cm×45 cm密度处理相比,120 cm×60 cm密度处理生育期缩短15 d, 农艺性状差异达到显著水平,化学成分以高密度的120 cm×45 cm、120 cm×50 cm较为协调.低密度处理烟叶较高密度处理烟叶感官质量差异主要体现在香气量足,刺激性大,且香气质得分较低.综合来看,以120 cm×50 cm为最佳种植密度.[结论]该试验可为烤烟种植提供参考,促进烤烟产质量的平衡.
