基于主成分分析的海南植胶区砖红壤亚类土壤质量评价

     

摘要

[Objective] Latosol subtype quality and its changes were studied and its quality was evaluated in Hainan rubber planting areas.[Method]With principal component analysis, the original multiple variables were replaced by a few comprehensive variables [Result]In first principal component, the factor load capacity of pH value, organic matter, total nitrogen, and available manganese were higher than 0.600, respectively.In second principal component, the factor load capacity of exchangeable calcium, exchangeable magnesium, available copper were higher than 0.600, respectively.In third principal component, the factor load capacity of available phosphorus was largest.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the extracted 3 principal components reached 79.649%, which was characterized by 79.648% soil quality information.The first principal component was the factor of soil general index, the second principal component was the factor of soil cation exchange capability, and the third components was the factor of soil available P.[Conclusion] The soil available P is an important factor affecting the soil quality of latosol subgroup in Hainan rubber planting areas.%[目的] 研究海南植胶区砖红壤亚类土壤质量及其变化,并对其土壤质量进行评价.[方法]采用主成分分析法,以少数的综合变量取代原有的多个变量.[结果]第1主成分中,主要以 pH、有机质、全N和有效Mo的因子载荷量较大,均达0.600以上.第2主成分中,以代换性Ca、代换性Mg和有效Cu的因子负载量最大,均达0.600以上.第3主成分中,载荷量较大的因子为速效P.提取的3个主成分累计方差贡献率达79.649%,表征了79.648%的土壤质量信息;第1主成分为土壤常规分析因素,第2主成分为土壤阳离子交换性能因素,第3主成分为土壤速效P因素.[结论]土壤速效P为影响海南植胶区砖红壤亚类土壤质量的一个重要因素.
