泥鳅繁殖生长及苗种培育技术研究进展

摘要

Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is a kind of freshwater breed with great breeding prospect. In recent years,its market demand and the scale of cultivation has increased year by year. The survival rate of seedling was low,which restricted the development of M. anguillicaudatus breeding industry. The female-male ratio,oxytocin dose and proportioning in the reproduction of M. anguillicaudatus,important influencing factors on the reproductive growth of M. anguillicaudatus,the selection of feeding habits and bait in the seedling cultivation of M. anguillicau-datus were reviewed,so as to provide references for the reproductive growth,seedling cultivation and aquaculture technique of M. anguillicau-datus.%泥鳅是一种养殖前景巨大的淡水养殖品种,近年来其市场需求量和养殖规模逐年扩大,但其苗种成活率不高,制约着泥鳅养殖业的发展.综述了泥鳅繁殖中雌雄比、催产素剂量及配比使用、影响泥鳅繁殖生长的重要因素及泥鳅苗种培育中食性及饵料选择,以期为泥鳅的繁殖生长、苗种培育和养殖技术提供参考.
