Using SSR molecular marker to analyze the mating system of 1.5 generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana in Duyun Guizhou. The results showed that the multilocus outcrossing rate tm was 1.000(SD =0.000), the single-locus outcrossing rate ts was 0.996(SD=0.001), inbreeding parents tm-ts was 0.004(SD=0.000), the difference between tm and ts reflected the parents inbreeding extent, tm-ts was 0.004 and it was close to zero, which indicated that most of the mating system of 1.5 generation seed orchard of P.massoniana seed or-chard was based on outcrossing.%利用 SSR 分子标记对都匀马寨马尾松1.5代无性系种子园交配系统进行分析.结果显示,无性系种子园的多位点异交率 tm=1.000(SD=0.000),单位点异交率 ts=0.996(SD=0.001),双亲近交比tm-ts=0.004(SD=0.000),tm 与 ts 值之间的差值反映双亲近交程度,tm-ts=0.004接近0,表明马尾松1.5代种子园交配系统以异交为主.
