中部六省产业结构演进的比较分析

摘要

Industrial structure is the indicator on development level and efficiency Of regional economic. Since the new century, the industrial structure evolution of six central provinces appear that the first industry rate declined steadily, while the second industry rising gradually, and the tertiary industry proportion duced pattern. From the static, dynamic, increment of different dimensions, using shift-share method to study on industrial structure evolution direction, speed and the horizontal comparison of six provinces of central China, quantitative measuring the regional economic growth contribution of provincial department structure and competitiveness, making sure the problems during the provinces' industry evolution process. After that, author proposed tamping foundation of the first industry, taking new-style industrialized way, enhancing the tertiary industry contribution and coordination the industrialization, urbanization, agriculture modernization as the countermeasures.%产业结构是区域经济发展水平与效益的指示器。中部六省新世纪以来产业结构演进呈现第一产业稳步下降、第二产业逐步攀升、第三产业比例降低的格局。从静态、动态、增量不同维度，运用偏离-份额法考察中部六省产业结构演进方向、速度及与全国水平的比较，定量测度各省部门结构与竞争力对区域经济增长的贡献，在明晰各省产业演进中存在的问题基础上，提出务实第一产业基础、走好新型工业化道路、提升第三产业贡献和“三化”协调与发展同步推进的对策思路。
