法治城市建设是城市治理现代化的必然要求

The urban management modernization is the ultimate pursuit of urban governance transformation. In the gover?nance process,many cities in China often appear"low efficiency of urban governance dilemma". How to jump out of the pre?dicament and enhance urban governance capacity is worth studying. In recent years,the practice of the construction of the rule of law of the urban has proved law construction can avoid"low efficiency of urban governance dilemma",which has a strong practical significance for the promotion of modernization path of urban management. In order to promote the city gover?nance capacity,the construction of the rule of law of the urban should be combined with political system innovation,people's new demand,promoting modernization,to activate the urban governance system,stimulate urban governance cohesion and le?veraging urban governance extension force.%城市治理现代化是城市治理转型的最终追求.在许多城市治理过程中,经常会出现"低效率城市治理困境",如何跳出困境,提升城市治理能力值得研究.近年来,城市法治建设实践证明了法治建设是避免"低效率城市治理困境"的必然选择,这对探索提升城市治理现代化路径有着强烈的现实意义.为了更好地提升城市治理能力,法治城市建设要做到与政治制度创新、人民群众新需求、推进现代化紧密结合,以激活城市治理内生力、激发城市治理凝聚力和撬动城市治理外延力.
