2/3/2 LCC混合谐振变换器关键元件设计及特性分析

             

摘要

Considering that the circuit parameter expression of LCC 2/3/2 hybrid resonant converter is complex, the limit of operating mode undefined, and the voltage gain of resonant network changes with the switching frequency non-linearly as well as the peak of resonant current being oversize, this paper deduces the parameter expression on the basis of analyzing the working process of the circuits in detail. To meet the goals and requirements for selecting properly soft switching and operating mode of the converter, it obtains the reasonable value range of the key parameters by simulating computation, after giving a certain constraints properly for the project design, thus presenting the design basis for this type of converter. Experimental results show that it is reasonable to value by the principle formula and simulation results.%针对断续模式(DCM)下2/3/2 LCC混合谐振DC/DC变换器电路参数表达式复杂、工作模式界限不明确、谐振网络电压增益随开关频率非线性变化及谐振电流峰值过大等问题,在详细分析电路工作过程的基础上,推导了参数表达式.为满足变换器的软开关、工作模式准确选择、输出电压准确调节等目标要求,在给出适合工程设计要求的一定约束条件下,通过仿真计算,得到了关键参数合理取值范围,为该类变换器的设计提供了设计依据.实验结果表明,按原理公式和仿真结果取值是合理的.
