不同类型花生嫁接对植株幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

通过研究花生嫁接后幼苗长势的变化,探讨选择适宜的接穗和砧木提高幼苗素质的可行性。以普通型(‘青花5号’)和珍珠豆型(‘青花6号’)2个类型花生品种为材料,采用合接法,研究了嫁接对幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明:不同类型花生自嫁接和相互嫁接均可影响植株幼苗生长。‘青花5号’和‘青花6号’自嫁接的嫁接成活后幼苗生长缓慢,干物质积累减少,长势不及实生苗,随幼苗生长,形态差异渐不显著,叶片叶绿素含量增加,但根系活力下降;以‘青花5号’为接穗‘、青花6号’为砧木,嫁接苗叶面积增大、叶片叶绿素含量提高,有利于花生幼苗生长;‘青花6号’接穗‘、青花5号’为砧木,嫁接不利于花生幼苗生长。不同类型花生自嫁接幼苗生长不及实生苗,相互嫁接地上部生长主要取决于接穗品种的长势,根系活力的高低主要取决于砧木品种的根系活力。%This study was to discuss the feasibility of improving seedling quality by choosing suitable scion and stock, which based on changes of grafted seedling growth. Influence of grafting on peanut seedling was studied which took Virginia type (‘Qinghua5') and Spanish type (‘Qinghua6') as materials using bonding method. The results indicated that grafting between the same type and two different types both influenced the growth of peanut seedlings. Seedling obtained from grafting between the same types displays a slow growth, less dry matter accumulations, and worse agronomic characters. With the growth of seedlings, the agronomic characters tend to be normal, the chlorophyll content increases, while the root activity declines. Graft taking ‘Qinghua5' as the scion and ‘Qinghua6' as rootstock was benefit for the growth of peanut seedling, while graft used ‘Qinghua6' as the scion prohibits seedling growth. Growth of grafted seedlings between the same types was inferior to that of seedlings. Growth of over-ground part largely depends on scion growth, while root activity depends on selected rootstocks.
