海鲜菇液体菌种培养基碳源及氮源的筛选

         

摘要

以5种不同碳源和氮源设计海鲜菇液体培养基,对菌丝干重、菌丝球密度、菌丝球接入到平板培养基后的萌发速度及生长速率进行分析,以期筛选出最适合作为海鲜菇液体培养基的碳源和氮源.结果表明,碳源为淀粉、氮源为酵母粉时,海鲜菇菌丝干重最大、菌丝球均匀浓密、接回平板后萌发最快并且生长迅速,因此海鲜菇液体培养基的最佳碳源为淀粉,最佳氮源为酵母粉.%In order to select the best carbon and nitrogen source,the effects of 5 carbon sources and 5 nitrogen sources on Hypsizigus marmoreus in liquid culture were studied.Mycelia biomass,the density of mycelial,mycelia germination and the growth speed of mycelium were investigated.The results showed that Hypsizigus marmoreus had abundant biomass,high density,fast germination time and growth speed in starch and yeast powder solution.The optimum carbon source was starch,and the optimum nitrogen source was yeast powder.
