基质金属蛋白酶ADAMTS的病理学功能

摘要

ADAMTS蛋白酶是含有TSP基序的分泌性多结构域蛋白水解酶。 ADAMTS蛋白酶通过降解细胞外基质而发挥其病理学作用，包括细胞外基质的组装和降解、止血过程、器官生成、肿瘤和遗传性疾病等。本文将结合笔者的研究工作，重点讨论 ADAMTS蛋白酶在肿瘤和遗传性疾病中的作用。%The ADAMTS proteinases are a group of multi-domain and secreted metalloproteinase containing the thrombospondin motifs. The ADAMTS proteinases play an important role in several pathological processes through degradation of extracellular matrix including assembly and degradation of extracellualr matrix, hemostasis, organogenesis, genetic diseases and cancer. This review is based on our results and provided an overview of current knowledge of ADAMTS proteinases in cancer and genetic diseases.
